The City of Glass is celebrating a major milestone birthday.
Vancouver was incorporated exactly 125 years ago today.
The city is marking the occasion with a free party at Jack Poole plaza on the Coal Harbour waterfront, with fun events including DJs, food, special musical performances and an official lighting of the Olympic cauldron.
There will also be a giant birthday cake.
