Mounties believe the father, grandfather and another relative are with a 12-year-old B.C., boy who was allegedly abducted on Sunday afternoon.

Investigators say Daniel Sturm was at his Chilliwack home with his grandparents at about 12:45 p.m. Sunday when three men forcibly entered and took him, spurring an Amber Alert.

Police now believe the men are Sturm's 34-year-old father Kenneth Daniel Morey, 56-year-old grandfather Kenneth John Morey and 17-year-old Adam Joseph Morey.

The suspects fled the residence, located in the 46200-block of 2nd Avenue, in a white Honda Accord with B.C. Licence plate 045-NFM.

At 3 p.m., police updated the alert to say the suspects had transferred Sturm into a 2001 grey Accord with licence plate 321-JKW.

Authorities believe the car was heading to the Langley area.

Police say they are concerned for Sturm's safety, and are asking the public's help locating him.

Sturm is white, five-feet-tall , weighs 98 lbs. and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a striped hoodie, black shorts, an orange T-shirt and black and white runners at the time of the alleged abduction.

His father is 6'2" tall, weighs 176 lbs. and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Sturm's grandfather is 5'10" tall, weighs 220 lbs. and has grey hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees Sturm, Morey or the Honda Accord is asked to call 911 immediately.
