For the second time since his disappearance more than a month ago, the family of Wes Foulds is searching the dense forest near Mission, B.C. for any clue about their loved one.

On March 4, the 52-year-old left his Abbotsford home for a doctor's appointment in Burnaby and never returned.

There's been no sign of him except for his pickup truck, which was found with doors locked and cell phone at the Hayward recreation site parking lot in Mission.

"If he was going to his doctor's appointment he should have been on Highway One, there was no reason for him to come to Lougheed Highway and down to Mission," said his sister-in-law Johanne Foulds.

A search of the area by RCMP officers and tracking dogs turned up nothing. And so far family and friends haven't found anything either.

His common-law wife of three years, Shelby Bernard, says they are not giving up.

"I knew he was gone, 'cause he would have phoned, he would have been home by now. I knew that within the first days of him missing, because he's a creature of habit. He wouldn't do this," Bernard said.

She says while he was stressed out working three jobs as a home care worker, she insists he wasn't suicidal. Bernard says the last call he made on his cell phone was to his workplace looking for more shifts.

There was also blood found on the steering wheel of his truck. Bernard suspects her husband may have been met with foul play.

"I think they parked the truck and got in another vehicle and then he was driven, they didn't pick up a scent outside the truck," she said. "What does that tell you?"

She thinks he may have gotten into the vehicle of someone he knew.

The Abbotsford Police are asking anyone who may have seen Foulds' truck on March 4 to call police.

A Facebook page has been set up to let people know about Foulds' disappearance. Foulds is 5'8", weighing 230 to 250 pounds, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing black running shoes, black jogging pants and a gray and black sweater.
