The results of Vancouver Magazine's 23rd annual restaurant awards are in. Recipients were honoured yesterday after a panel of 18 judges chose finalists in 42 categories, including restaurant of the year, best new restaurant and chef of the year. Vancouver Magazine's editor-in-chief Gary Ross has a look at some of the winners.
