Police are asking for help finding two men suspected of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman in Abbotsford Thursday night.

Const. Ian MacDonald said the young woman was walking in the downtown area near Pauline and Homeview Streets around 7 p.m. when she noticed a newer model white pick-up truck pass by her twice that had two South Asian men inside.

As the woman continued walking east toward the intersection of Pauline and Laurel Streets, the passenger exited the truck, grabbed her and forced her into the vehicle's backseat.

Police say the driver parked the truck nearby where both men sexually assaulted the woman. After the attack, the woman was pushed out of the truck and onto the ground of a parking lot in the 34000-block of Gladys Avenue.

MacDonald said the women is severely traumatized and released composite sketches of the two suspects in hopes that someone will be able to identify them.

The driver is described as a South Asian man with short black hair in his late 20s who is 5-10 tall and has a thin build. At the time of the attack, he was clean shaven and wearing a dark jacket and a blue T-shirt.

The passenger is South Asian with short dark hair in his late 20s to early 30s with a heavy build. His height is around 5-11 to 6-feet. He had a full beard and was wearing a yellow shirt, a grey hoodie and tear-away track pants.
