The already bizarre saga of Randy Quaid's Canadian vacation has taken another strange turn, as reality TV star "Dog" Chapman and his wife are vowing to "get ya no matter where you go."

Quaid and his wife Evi have been in Canada since October 2010, claiming that "Hollywood star whackers" south of the border are out to kill them. The pair faces charges of felony vandalism in Santa Barbara, California, and both are wanted on $500,000 bench warrants.

In a folksy, rambling blog post Thursday, buxom TV star Beth Chapman penned an open letter to Quaid on behalf of herself and her husband, best known for their show "Dog the Bounty Hunter."

"We're gonna get ya no matter where you go no matter how long it takes. You can run but you can't hide from the long arm of the Dog," Chapman writes.

She acknowledges that she and Dog are not permitted to bounty hunt in Canada and promises that the Chapmans will not try to arrest Quaid unless he crosses the border.

"At the end of the day, my husband will not break the law to catch a law-breaker! He will not try to apprehend you while you're safe and sound on Canadian soil. He might even meet you for a beer!" Chapman says.

The Chapmans are offering to help Quaid negotiate his surrender to American authorities.

"Do the right thing! The man is the spiritual ‘leader' of the household. Where are you leading your family? Is this your legacy?" the letter asks.

The Quaids applied for refugee status after their arrest in Vancouver last year, but Evi was later granted residency after it was determined her father was born in Canada. She received citizenship in February.

She is now sponsoring Randy in his bid to stay in the country, and immigration officers have ended admissibility proceedings against him.

The Santa Barbara County district attorney applied in July to have the Quaids extradited to the States, but that request was denied by the U.S. Department of Justice.
