Mounties in Mission, B.C., are asking the public's help in locating a mentally challenged 19-year-old woman who went missing Saturday morning.

Police say Ramanjot Brar left her home in the 32000-block of Carter Avenue at around 9:30 a.m. without taking her medication.

She is described as Indo-Canadian, 5-3 tall, 200 lbs. with long black hair and facial acne. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket and blue jeans.

An RCMP release says Brar is "schizophrenic and mentally disabled with a Grade 4-to-5 cognitive level."

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the Mission RCMP detachment immediately at 604-826-7161.
