The 7:00 a.m. Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay sailing has been cancelled due to high winds. BC Ferries officals posted the notice on their website just after 7:00 a.m. this morning. The 9:00 a.m. sailing from Swartz Bay was also scrapped due to weather conditions.
Officials say customers with reservations will be accommodated on the next available sailings and are asked to check in at their original check in time (those with reservations for 9:00 am must check in prior to 8:30 am).
