The Vancouver Police department has posted on its website a copy of the bullet-riddled shooting range target that former Police Chief Jamie Graham left on the desk of former Vancouver city manager Judy Rogers in 2006.

Graham also wrote a message on the target which said "The worst day at the range is better than the best day at work!"

He later apologized to Rogers over the incident.

The VPD released the image as part of a Freedom of Information request.

Graham was Vancouver police chief for five years.

In October 2008, he was found guilty of discreditable conduct as a result of a complaint launched by Pivot Legal Society, for failing to co-operate with an RCMP probe of 50 allegations of misconduct against Vancouver police.

Graham retired from the VPD in August 2007. He began his current job as the new police chief of the city of Victoria on January 1, 2009.

Rogers was fired from her position by new Vancouver mayor Gregor Robertson in December 2008.
