A coroner's jury says video cameras should be installed in all police cruisers, and officers should take stress and anger management workshops.

Recommendations came in Friday following the inquest into the death of 16-year-old Kyle Tait, who was shot and killed by a police officer in 2005.

The jury says officers involved in a lethal force shooting or an incident causing body harm should be immediately reassigned.

New Westminster police officer Todd Sweet, who shot and killed Tait, was demoted and suspended without pay after another chase two months before the Tait incident, in which he kicked a handcuffed suspect in the head.
