Widespread flooding prompts evacuations
CTV Widespread flooding in two towns on Vancouver Island prompted evacuations Friday morning. The District of North Cowichan and the City of Duncan both declares states of emergency in response to flooding in the Cowichan and Koksilah Rivers.
